Welcome! I’m Sierra Williams, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor. I offer in-person and virtual sessions for individuals in Texas and virtual services for clients in Virginia. I provide therapy for Women (18+) who are ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and with God.

With over 8 years of experience serving individuals, children, and families across Central Virginia, I specialize in working with women of faith navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship struggles, and self-worth.

My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and rooted in clinical excellence and spiritual alignment. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including:
